Introduction

At Prizshel, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or a workshop may not fit your needs. This Return Policy outlines our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges for different categories of our offerings.

Physical Products

Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them.

For living plants:

  • If a plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged plant.
  • We do not accept returns on healthy plants that have been in your care for more than 48 hours, as plant health is dependent on proper care after receipt.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at info@prizshel.world with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
  3. Package the items securely with the original packaging
  4. Include your return authorization number on the outside of the package
  5. Ship the items to the address provided in the return instructions

Refund Timing

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products (e-books, guides, online courses), we do not offer refunds once the digital content has been accessed or downloaded, unless required by Irish or EU consumer law.

If you have not accessed or downloaded the digital content and wish to request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of purchase.

Workshops and Events

Our refund policy for workshops and events is as follows:

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date are eligible for a full refund
  • Cancellations made 7-14 days before the event date are eligible for a 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date are not eligible for a refund

Instead of cancelling, you may transfer your booking to another person by notifying us at least 24 hours before the event, or you may request to transfer your booking to a future event, subject to availability.

If we cancel an event, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another event.

Consultations

For garden consultations or design services:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation are eligible for a full refund
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation are not eligible for a refund
  • You may reschedule your consultation once without penalty if done at least 24 hours in advance

Faulty Products and Irish Consumer Law

Under Irish and EU consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and applicable EU directives, consumers have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee. This includes if the product:

  • Is not of acceptable quality
  • Does not match the description or sample
  • Is not fit for its disclosed purpose
  • Does not have title or undisturbed possession

If you believe a product has failed to meet a consumer guarantee, please contact us to discuss your options.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
